To Brawl Or Not To Brawl

Brawlhalla is a free, 2D platform fighter. Brawlhalla was developed by Blue Mammoth Games for Microsoft Windows, macOS, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch with full cross-play across all platforms. This game was released on October 3rd, 2017. The main goal in this game is to simply have fun and level up, which makes this game so enjoyable. You immediately start the game by owning the character "Orion". You can temporarily use whatever characters the game cycles through. Every week, the game allows you to choose 7 out of the currently 48 characters. You must play the game to gain coins, so that way you can purchase, own and play the character even after the character roster cycles. Once you have picked your character, your goal is to knock your opponent, whether it be a computer, or another player. Simple right? Wrong. Each character has there own two weapons combined with they're own playstyles and abilities, as well as there own backstories and drive for participating in this tournament. So every character that you face will be completely different from the last, so you must evolve too and rise to the top of Brawlhalla and defeat every opponent that crosses you. Brawlhalla is a VERY fun game, especially when you have friends to play with. Unfortunately like all games, it has its flaws. Brawhalla does not have a story mode, it's the only way of gameplay is through its fighting mechanisms in online 2 versus 2, 1 versus 1, free for all, as well as different game modes for all of them. Brawlhalla is not essentially to blame for this but many players will exploit or repeatedly use certain tactics to knock your character off the stage, so I would recommend getting to a certain skill level before going to "ranked mode". All in all, this game is great. While it isn't exactly "Super Smash Bros" it is an alternative. I would definitely recommend playing it for fun.

9/10 would miss out on sleep for it again.
