So recently we started making a game of our own using Unity. You can imagine based off, well everything I've ever said about game design that THIS IS THRILLING. Naturally I will be completing this late. While we were using unity, we definitely learned tons about a natural environment in a game. We were tasked with making a game in which we go through a death maze with a being chasing us through the maze. MY GAME (Which is the best by the way) is taking place in a snow forest. Im tired and its Thanksgiving break so trust me when I say IM MAKING THIS QUICK. Unity lets you use a TON of different models that you can import in the asset store. Your supposed to use this thing called "Pro builder" that lets you modify a model to your Wim, its exactly what we are using to make our maze and whatever other models we make. Unrelated (Totally related) I FRICKING HATE MAKING SNOWGLOBES. Anyways we are using a first person perspective of a game so we follow normal physics like not being able to pass through solid objects and stuff like that. OH AND BACKGROUND. Would you believe me if I told you that I spent over an hour making a moon just for it not to show up in my gameplay. Yeah this is going great, not done but ill be sure to make my next post once I finish the game, now, TURKEY TIME.
