For Suffering

You know, ever since I got myself sick somehow and missed multiple days of school, I've spent a lot of my time, sleeping, coughing, doing whatever work I could get myself to do with the energy I had from sleeping before sleeping again, and playing video games when I had the time. One of those games, was For Suffering. Yes I am well aware that the game is branded as "For Honor" but that's not true. Seriously, ask literally any player. Anyways, For Honor is a 2017 action video game developed and published by Ubisoft for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. You are able to take control of "Heroes" that are inspired by multiple real life figures, coming from factions like the Vikings, the Samurai, the Knights and the Chinese Wu Lin. The game is set in a medieval time period in which players can choose to play the campaign or PVP. Each of the heroes have their own unique play style and set of skills that all use "The Art Of Battle" Its a fancy way of saying "combat system" How it works is that you can block, throw, parry, and dodge attacks coming from the left, right, and top directions. You can throw heavy attacks, light attacks, unblock able attacks, un-dodgeable attacks, dodge attacks, and superior block attacks, there are also a few characters that can use "Stances" that give them access to different moves. There are multiple PVP modes, the most popular one being Dominion, where you fight for and capture 3 zones and gain points. After gaining 1000 points, the enemy team will begin to break, meaning they won't respawn after death. There are also modes like Tribute (we don't talk about that one) and Breach. There are more basic ones like dual and Brawls (2v2s) and Skirmish, all of which have the basis of killing your enemies before they can kill you. The primary currency in this game is steel. You can gain it by completing orders, which are challenges you gain every day and every other day that will give you more steel based on its difficulty, or by simply playing the game (though that would give you like 50-100 steel per match so....yeah) each character has LOTS of customization. From their helmet to their weapon and boots you can change their look, their color patterns and even symbols. You can unlock extra styles by leveling up your hero and collection parts after playing a match of any game mode, and by opening scavenger crates. Steel is used to by outfits, emits, effects for those emotes and executions which you can use after killing an enemy with a heavy attack. Now you might be wondering where the "Suffering" part comes in. Well this is where my personal opinion comes in, as well as 99% of the For Honor Fan base. You see... THIS GAME IS INFURIATING. PEOPLE ARE INCREDIBLY TOXIC, THE GAMES MECHANICS WILL MAKE YOU SCREAM, PEOPLES PLAY STYLES CAN BE SO FRUSTRATING TO BEAT, YOU HAVE TO SPEND 7000 STEEL FOR ONE EFFECT ON ONE OF 4 CATEGORIES OF EFFECT ON ONE CHARACTER, THE AI IS BUSTED OVERPOWERED, CPWIDCBODCNWIUECPWIDCIDBVO. You know you really never would have guessed that I like this game. Its a love/hate hate hate relationship with us. Personal tip: Play with friends, then you'll have someone to relate too so you won't punch a hole in the wall out of anger

-5/..8? I don't know man this game is complicated. Ubisoft has actually screwed with my rating system.

8.24876239874/10 would break my controller in frustration again.

Well we've got a short one for today guys. I AM DYING. Coding is tearing me apart. We are currently working in unity and I myself am trying to make a scene that features a ball counter into a game. Af
