Deep Vents I guess

Well I played Deep Vents the other week. Sorry this is gonna be short and to the point because I'm tired and don't really like this game. The goal is to gain more points than your opponents, and whoever has the most points after 8 rounds is the winner. To get points, you need to get Archaea and Shells. Each Archaea and every 2 shells are counted as 1 point. Hexes are the main tools of this game. Each player starts off with one hex on their board and is able to collect a new hex from a middle row, though you must spend an additional Archaea for every hex you move to the right. Every newly placed hex must be placed adjacently to an already existing hex. Each hex has a passive effect, a trigger cost and effect, a grow effect, and a name. When triggering a grow effect, some hexes will grow Archaea, and others have special grow effects. Using a trigger effect utilizes an effect unique to each hex. Archaea is stored up on Hexes but only counts towards your points at the end of the game once you remove the archaea from the hex and into your personal supply. Using some of these trigger effects is how you gain shells, shells are useful to have since they reduce enemy attack damage by half at the cost of one shell. Some Hexes attack opponents when they're triggered. Basic Attacks cause Each opponent loses one archaea from their personal supply per attack arrow on the active hex. Targeted Attacks Show a symbol that indicates what the attack targets. Each opponent loses archaea equal to the number of attack arrows times each matching symbol. When someone attacks you and you lose more archaea than you have, you gain Shortfall token, it represents -10 Archaea. Each hex can interact with each other in a special way that can benefit your ecosystem so that you can get the most points and win. Honestly, this game wasn't the MOST enjoyable, it has a pretty good concept but our team had to read the instructions SO MANY TIMES since its pretty complicated. My brain was hurting from all the math and we had to start over a number of times since we skipped over ONE rule that altered the course of the whole game. Plus, I mainly play games not only to have fun by myself, but to interact with other people, of course you CAN with this game, but it just feels so independent. Of course its all my personal opinion. Maybe i'll try it again someday.

4/10 would rather play Sub Terra Again.

Coding huh? AH

Well we've got a short one for today guys. I AM DYING. Coding is tearing me apart. We are currently working in unity and I myself am trying to make a scene that features a ball counter into a game. Af
